This Registered Nurse role supports patients through holistic assessment and ongoing evaluation. Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive physiological and psychosocial patient assessments
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely
- Educate patients and families about health conditions
- Respond promptly to code situations and stabilize patients
- Associate's degree in Nursing required
- Registered Nurse license required
- Basic Life Support certification required
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English and basic computer skills
