Casual Registered Practical Nurse Position

Join Aspira Rockland Manor as a Casual Registered Practical Nurse and make a difference in residents’ lives. This role supports health, safety, and well-being with flexible scheduling options.
This on-call position offers shifts from 7:00am to 11:00pm with required weekend availability. You will provide compassionate nursing care, building meaningful relationships with residents, and serving their health needs. Contribute to a positive culture where each resident is recognized as a unique individual in a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer prescribed medications as per physician orders
• Document and communicate with clients, families, and team members
• Promote wellness through education and self-care support
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Guide and support unregulated care workers during shifts
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate
• Minimum one year of Geriatric Nursing experience
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check required
