Deliver high-quality operating room care as a Registered Practical Nurse at HGH Main Campus in Hawkesbury, Ontario. Use clinical judgment and critical thinking.
This full-time Registered Practical Nurse position supports patients within the Operating Room. The work requires initial assessment, implementation, reassessment, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. You will reassure patients and families while providing care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care throughout patient encounters
- Complete initial assessments and implement care
- Reassess patients after care interventions
- Reassure patients and their families
- Foster collaboration within the multidisciplinary team
- College of Nurses of Ontario registration or eligibility
- Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Six months recent Operating Room clinical experience
- Two years recent med-surg clinical experience
- Excellent French and English communication skills
