Provide evidence-based nursing care as a Registered Practical Nurse at Bruyère Health’s Centretown site, with French and English communication skills. Support patients, residents, and families through safe, ethical care.
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will work within an interdisciplinary team delivering patient and resident-centered nursing care. The permanent full-time weekend rotation includes day and night shifts, with scheduled hours subject to change. Care follows your scope of practice, Bruyère Health standards, and College of Nurses of Ontario requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver safe, effective, evidence-based nursing care
- Support patient and resident-centered care delivery
- Communicate with patients, residents, and loved ones
- Collaborate with colleagues and health discipline members
- Follow Bruyère Health policies, procedures, and standards
- Complete an RPN medication administration course or equivalent
- Hold valid College of Nurses of Ontario registration
- Maintain valid Basic Life Support CPR Level C certification
- Communicate fluently in French and English
- Demonstrate communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
