Lawn Health Technician

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal (April–November)
• Pay Rate: Competitive hourly wage plus bonuses $24-$30/hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours with occasional Saturdays as needed
• Location: Ottawa, ON (valid driver's license required)

Your Role as a Lawn Health Technician:

• Perform lawn care treatments such as fertilization, weed control, aeration, over seeding, and slice seeding
• Diagnose lawn health issues and recommend solutions to customers
• Operate and maintain specialized lawn care equipment safely and effectively
• Ensure consistent high-quality service to residential clients
• Communicate clearly with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is an asset, but full training is provided
• Provincial pesticide certification is beneficial but not required initially (training and certification provided)
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required
