• The ideal candidate will have 3-5 yrs of experience
• Flexible and adaptable to evolving veterinary practices and technologies
• Ability to handle a variety of cases and situations with composure and professionalism
• Experience with and a love for surgery
• Dental experience is nice to have but not mandatory
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients to encourage repeat visits
• Effective communication and client relationship management, with the ability to educate and stay composed in challenging situations
• Empathy for animals and their owners
• Team-oriented mindset; everyone on the team is important and has a voice
