We are seeking dependable Snow Removal Labourers to support winter operations. This role involves working outdoors for extended periods in varying winter weather conditions. Candidates must be prepared for physically demanding work and flexible scheduling based on snowfall.
Key Responsibilities
- Snow plowing and shoveling of driveways, pathways, and entrances
- De-icing and salt application
- Snow relocation or hauling off-site
- Monitoring and responding during snow events
- Performing site safety inspections
- Refilling salt bins and spreading materials as needed
- Completing other related tasks as assigned
- Previous snow shoveling or outdoor labour experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors for long hours in winter conditions
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and repetitive shoveling
- Must dress appropriately for weather conditions
- Reliable and flexible based on weather-driven schedules
- Weather dependent
- Hours vary based on snowfall
- $20.00 per hour
