Animal Care Attendant

This is a unique position for a unique person. We are home to several hundred animals everything from Primates, to Macropods, Felines, & Hoof stock. The successful applicant will do it all from cleaning to construction repairs. feeding, watering, health care, enrichment, transferring, education talks, & demonstrations. Must enjoy working with children, animals & sharing their knowledge with the public. Zoology, Vet Tech, or Wildlife Biology are the preference but those with post secondary or animal care experience will be considered.

Ability to work days &  the bitter cold or roasting heat is also required.

Living in close proximity as well as Bilingualism are definite assets.

Successful applicant will need a valid rabies vaccine, valid driver's license and CPIC.

This is a year round permanent position so not suitable for students.
