Wild Ridge Landscapes, recognized as a Best Place to Work in Snow Management, is seeking dedicated individuals to ensure safe and efficient snow clearing operations. The role requires on-call availability, a readiness to lift heavy equipment, and familiarity with various snow removal tools. This is a fixed-term position from November 2025 to April 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with snow removal operations using snowblowers and shovels

• Work collaboratively with teammates to clear large areas

• Salt and de-ice sidewalks and driveways effectively

• Mark safety hazards on properties with appropriate signage

• Maintain equipment and perform necessary shop tasks

Requirements:

• On-call availability with a 1 hour response time

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly

• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions

• Experience with snow removal equipment preferred

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
