This full-time, on-site Foreperson role focuses on leading a crew and mentoring newcomers in the Arboriculture profession. You will be responsible for safe operational practices, equipment oversight, and fostering an exceptional customer experience. Your expertise will guide the team in executing various tree care tasks at multiple job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently lead a crew in arboricultural services
• Supervise equipment operation and maintenance
• Execute tree pruning and removal duties skillfully
• Install protection systems for trees
• Follow and enforce safety protocols
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in arboriculture
• ISA certification or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with air brake endorsement preferred
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs
• Strong skills in tree recognition and care
