You will play a vital role in coordinating the care of animals in need and ensuring their safe placement in foster homes. Strong customer service experience and a background in animal care will contribute to your success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the match between foster animals and volunteers
• Inspect health and welfare of animals in care
• Administer required medical treatments and hygiene practices
• Organize health appointments for fostered animals
• Organize volunteer recognition and support programs
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year in customer service roles
• Experience in veterinary assistance preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must communicate effectively in English
