Arboriculture Foreperson in Carp

Lead a dedicated team as a Foreperson with Davey Tree Expert Co. in Carp, Ontario. Ensure safe and efficient arboricultural services while mentoring your crew and enhancing customer experiences.

In this full-time position, you’ll guide your team to various job sites, executing tree care tasks and acting as a mentor for newer members. Your expertise will not only involve directing crew members but also handling equipment and ensuring high-quality service. A focus on customer satisfaction will be paramount as you interact with clients and manage their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew in arboricultural care services

• Direct and train team members on tasks

• Maintain tools and equipment for operations

• Perform tree pruning and removal safely

• Conduct inspections and provide expert services

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Arborist

• Valid driver’s license; air brake endorsement is a plus

• ISA certification or equivalent

• Strong identification skills for trees and shrubs

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
