Position: Pharmaceutical Development Director Role
Join Nurix Therapeutics as the Director of Pharmaceutical Development located in Brisbane, CA. Focus on advancing small molecule drugs with innovative dosage solutions for improved patient outcomes.

As an industry leader, you will spearhead QbD-based formulation and late-stage development, ensuring robust processes from lab to commercial scale. This is a hands-on role requiring strong collaboration with internal and external partners. You'll contribute to regulatory compliance, driving excellence across drug development phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee QbD-driven formulation for oral and topical drugs

• Lead manufacturing scale-up activities and troubleshooting

• Author regulatory submissions, including INDs and NDAs

• Manage external CDMO relationships and technical strategies

• Provide scientific mentorship and guidance to project teams

Requirements:

• Ph.D. preferred with 12+ years in pharmaceutical development

• Comprehensive experience in drug formulation technologies

• Proven experience in late-stage development and regulatory processes

• Direct experience in managing CDMO relationships

• Excellent communication and strategic planning skills
