We are searching for a dynamic Bilingual Health and Safety Specialist s role requires strong communication skills to lead health and safety training, ensuring that legislative standards are met and that employees are well-informed. Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, you’ll be integral in revising existing training and creating new programs that align with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all training adheres to safety policies

• Conduct and evaluate training sessions for staff

• Maintain a clean and organized training environment

• Collaborate with management on safety regulations

• Report safety violations to management promptly

Requirements:

• Bilingual in French and English

• 3-5 years of relevant health and safety experience

• Strong knowledge of occupational health laws

• Skills in organizing and leadership

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
