In this hands-on position at Safety Co, you’ll leverage your experience to provide engaging training and actionable consulting to various clients. The focus is on fostering safer workplaces while maintaining compliance with safety standards in both English and French. Your contributions will help empower individuals and ensure a strong safety culture across organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safety training in both English and French

• Tailor content to fulfill specific regulatory needs

• Conduct safety audits and offer compliance recommendations

• Assist clients in policy and program improvement

• Document training and consulting activities accurately
Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in safety training

• Fluent in English and French with strong communication skills

• Knowledge of Ontario Occupational Health & Safety Act

• Experience with hazard assessments and consulting

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
