As a member of TELUS Health’s QA team, you will be pivotal in executing comprehensive testing strategies. This senior-level position requires a minimum of five years in QA, including two years in a senior role, where you will support continuous improvement. You will mentor junior QA resources, engage with functional leads, and contribute to strategic discussions on testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage robust test scenarios and test suites

• Analyze technical documentation for positive and negative test cases

• Report testing progress and escalate quality concerns

• Collaborate with stakeholders on testing scope and strategies

• Provide client support and facilitate training sessions

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Quality Assurance; 2+ years in a senior role

• Strong communication skills with stakeholders

• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

• Understanding of pension plan administration

• Bilingual in French and English preferred
