Quality Operations Manager at WSP

Lead the charge in quality excellence as WSP Canada’s National Quality Operations Manager. Work with sector leaders to ensure project quality and client satisfaction at a national scale.

This important position offers the chance to drive consistent quality across multiple sectors and projects. You will collaborate closely with leadership teams, analyse quality data, and support continuous improvement measures. Your insights will not only influence project teams but will help shape quality strategies and initiatives throughout Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quality advisory support to Executive Leadership

• Champion alignment with the Quality Management System

• Analyse quality KPIs and identify improvement opportunities

• Lead national quality forums and communication initiatives

• Collaborate with HSSEQ teams and project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bilingual in French and English essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management

• 8+ years' experience in quality management

• Strong expertise in quality assurance systems

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or similar certification beneficial
