In this position, you will oversee technical processes and ensure that every aspect of concrete production adheres to top-quality standards. As the Quality Control Supervisor, you will focus on raw material validation, mix designs, and testing to uphold industry regulations. Your leadership will help Amrize build a reputation of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage raw material validation for concrete production

• Conduct laboratory and field tests for concrete quality

• Monitor batching processes to assure accuracy

• Keep RMX plants compliant with safety audits

• Collaborate with sales to promote value-added products

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related discipline preferred

• Minimum 3-5 years in quality assurance

• Expertise in Excel and SQL required

• Must be open to travel up to 70%

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
