In this strategic role, you’ll collaborate with various departments, including Engineering and Supply Chain, to establish a robust Quality strategy that enhances product reliability. Lead efforts in Quality Management Systems and compliance, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Your role is pivotal in translating complex quality challenges into actionable strategies and results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define global quality strategy and execution
• Serve as the primary interface with customers
• Partner with teams for design and manufacturability
• Lead audits and ensure QMS compliance
• Drive corrective actions and root cause analysis
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Quality leadership in regulated settings
• Understanding of QMS and risk management
• Proven cross-functional partnership skills
• Ability to make timely decisions in high-impact scenarios
• Enthusiasm for AI and continuous learning
