Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update the Project Quality Plan and Manual

• Supervise QA/QC activities both on-site and off-site

• Conduct audits and manage compliance documentation

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project integrity

• Train staff on quality procedures and expectations

Requirements:

• Registered Professional Engineer or equivalent

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

• Mandatory ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification

• 5–10 years of QA/QC experience in civil engineering

• Strong analytical and organizational skills
