Drive quality excellence at Bushbalm as a Quality Assurance Specialist. This role is essential for developing robust quality assurance systems to uphold the integrity of our body care products.

As the inaugural member of the quality team, you will report to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for overseeing inspections, managing supplier quality audits, and ensuring compliance with key regulations. Your efforts will directly influence customer satisfaction and the brand's reputation in the skincare market as you face new challenges in our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build pre-shipment and incoming inspection programs

• Perform supplier audits and maintain scorecards

• Resolve quality issues through effective root cause analyses

• Ensure compliance with Health Canada, FDA, and other regulations

• Collaborate on product development to ensure quality

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance in regulated industries

• Proficient in AQL inspection protocols

• Solid understanding of various regulatory frameworks

• Experience with managing COA documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or related discipline
