Aerospace Quality Inspector - Senior Level

Become a pivotal part of Gogo's quality assurance team as a Senior Quality Inspector. Utilize your extensive experience to maintain high standards in the aerospace sector while addressing critical quality challenges.

In this senior role, you will manage inspections for parts and products within Gogo’s aerospace division. With over 10 years of quality inspection experience, your expertise in interpreting technical specifications and familiarity with IPC-610 is essential. You'll ensure process compliance and collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality concerns through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and final parts

• Support completion of First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR)

• Initiate and manage Non-conformity Reports as necessary

• Collaborate internally to troubleshoot quality issues

• Lead supplier audits to improve standards

Requirements:

• Successful completion of relevant Engineering degree

• Minimum of 10 years in quality inspection within aerospace

• Skilled in interpreting technical drawings

• Proficiency in GD&T

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
