As a Senior Quality Assurance Advisor, you will provide high-level insights that frame risks and ensure the claims management process meets both customer and regulatory requirements. Leveraging over a decade of hands-on claims expertise, you will contribute to the development and monitoring of QA practices while engaging with senior stakeholders and leading calibration efforts. Your analytical skills will translate complex QA findings into actionable strategies that enhance decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
