As a Quality Coordinator, your passion for alignment and compliance of company-wide objectives and practices is inspiring. What You Will Do- Implement, enforce, and maintain the Project QMS, aligned with company standards.
- Lead the development and execution of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) by trade.
- Define inspection requirements, hold points, acceptance criteria, and documentation needs.
- Conduct regular site inspections and issue clear, actionable reports.
- Lead non-conformance (NCR) management, including root cause and corrective actions.
- Maintain complete, traceable quality records (inspections, testing, NCRs).
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors.
- Act as the primary quality authority on site, driving compliance across all trades.
- 5+ years of experience in construction QA/QC.
- Strong knowledge of construction specifications, drawings, and applicable codes/standards.
- Experience with inspections, testing coordination, and NCR management.
- Ability to interpret and enforce technical requirements on site.
- Comfortable working independently in a site-based leadership role.
- Eligibility to obtain secret clearance is required.
- Experience developing or managing ITPs.
- Exposure to ISO 9001 or structured QMS environments.
- Experience on large or complex construction projects.
