Mental Health Quality Improvement Advisor

In this pivotal role, you will lead Lean training, guide teams in quality improvement, and ensure the effective use of methodologies. Your work will involve project coordination, risk management, and tailored documentation to meet the needs of the Mental Health department. Collaborate across teams to implement and support Continuous Quality Improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate teams in applying Lean methodologies extensively
• Develop templates for focused quality improvement initiatives
• Deliver engaging Lean education through hands-on exercises
• Customize Lean training materials based on industry needs
• Mentor teams on process improvements and change management
Requirements:
• Degree in Health Administration or related field
• Lean Green Belt certification or commitment to obtain
• Minimum three years in managing Lean project portfolios
• Proficiency in Lean/Quality Improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical and project management skills
