Quality Control Inspector

Position: Quality Control Inspector Contract Opportunity
Contribute to Gastops' legacy as a Quality Control Inspector in Ottawa, under a 1-year contract.

Your role will focus on ensuring product quality through systematic inspections and documentation.

In this role, you will report directly to the Team Lead and be engaged in inspecting both in-process and finished products. You’ll perform routine audits, document findings, and lead training for new inspectors. Meeting production targets and enhancing quality control procedures will be vital aspects of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with specifications

• Document all inspections and quality control activities

• Perform routine audits to uphold standards

• Monitor and meet production inspection goals

• Train new team members in inspection processes

Requirements:

• 3+ years in high-reliability manufacturing inspections

• Familiarity with AS9100 quality requirements

• Experience with IPC certifications is advantageous

• Skilled with various measuring instruments

• Must qualify for NATO Level Security Clearance

Your expertise in quality assurance will be instrumental in Gastops' mission.
