Quality Improvement Advisor at CHEO

Located in Ottawa, CHEO seeks a Quality Improvement Advisor within its Strategy, System & Quality Improvement team. This position requires a strong background in Lean methodologies and at least three years of experience managing Lean projects. You will guide teams, develop training materials, and lead process improvement projects to ensure quality care for children and youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate teams using Lean & Quality improvement methodologies
• Develop templates for Lean implementation across CHEO
• Deliver engaging Lean education and training
• Mentor teams involved in process improvements
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence on project indicators
Requirements:
• Degree in Health Administration/Industrial Engineering
• Lean Green Belt certification (or commitment to obtain)
• Minimum three years managing Lean projects
• Proficiency in Lean/Quality Improvement methodologies
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
