Join the American Red Cross as a Clinical Lab Scientist Supervisor overseeing Quality Control operations during the night shift in Pomona. Drive accuracy and lead a dedicated lab team.

In this position, you will oversee nightly QC lab operations, ensuring that testing meets the required standards before result release. Your leadership will involve managing staff reviews of testing and adherence to strict QC protocols for optimal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nightly review of QC lab documents

• Guarantee compliance with QC and manufacturing goals

• Troubleshoot and resolve departmental issues

• Validate instrumentation and testing processes

• Lead proficiency testing management and compliance

Requirements:

• Current CA CLS certification is necessary

• At least two years of experience as CLS/MLS

• Supervisory experience is beneficial but not essential

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific discipline

• Ability to work with complex lab procedures
