Join Scarborough Transit Connect as a Quality Assurance Coordinator. Focus on enhancing quality management for the Scarborough Subway Extension project in Ontario.

In this key role, you will lead the maintenance and improvement of our Project Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring adherence to ISO 9001:2015. You will coordinate internal audits, monitor quality registers, and address non-conformance issues effectively. Your expertise will help analyze quality data, supporting decisions made by project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and improve the Project Quality Management System

• Oversee internal quality audit scheduling and execution

• Keep thorough records of audits and corrective actions

• Collaborate on quality document revisions and updates

• Generate quality performance reports for management

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Quality Management or similar

• 3 to 5 years in quality assurance or project administration

• Familiarity with ISO standards preferred

• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Share Point

• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
