You will be responsible for inspecting incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products, identifying non-conformances, supporting inventory control activities, and working closely with Engineering and Production teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Quality Inspection
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products
- Verify products meet established quality standards, specifications, and procedures
- Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming materials
- Complete inspection records and quality documentation accurately
- Apply quality procedures, checklists, and inspection requirements consistently
- Identify quality issues and documentation discrepancies
- Escalate concerns to Engineering and Technical Support teams
- Assist with investigations and root cause analysis activities
- Recommend process and quality improvements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives with Engineering and Manufacturing teams
- Read and interpret assembly documentation, process instructions, engineering changes, and work orders
- Identify and apply Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and modifications
- Record inspection and production data accurately
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures
- Support inventory control and cycle count activities
- Perform required computer transactions and inventory updates
- Assist with cable and harness assembly when required
- Prepare components and materials for production
- Support manufacturing and operational activities as needed
- Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company policies and performance standards
- Previous experience in quality inspection, quality control, electronics manufacturing, or a related field
- Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, manufacturing instructions, and technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience identifying and documenting non-conforming materials
- Familiarity with inventory control and cycle counting processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and experience entering data accurately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with cable and harness assembly is considered an asset
- Manufacturing or electronics industry experience is considered an asset
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
