CNL is looking for an experienced Calibration Lab Supervisor to manage the Radiation Protection Equipment Services department. This leadership role requires individuals who can effectively prioritize tasks while ensuring compliance with stringent quality standards. Successful candidates will engage in enhancing training processes and support the continuous assessment of lab methods and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise calibration lab operations for compliance

• Assess and schedule workload to meet deadlines

• Review and approve calibration and test documentation

• Lead efforts in resolving nonconformities with corrective actions

• Maintain equipment and training records

Requirements:

• Educational background in Engineering or related fields

• Proven experience leading technical teams

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools

• Strong communication and decision-making skills

• Security clearance eligibility for site access required
