As the Quality Control Foreman, you will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections under the guidance of the Regional Quality Supervisor.
Your role entails identifying deficiencies, maintaining rigorous inspection schedules, and ensuring compliance with construction quality standards. Effective communication with site management teams is key for smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute quality control inspections throughout residential builds
• Generate deficiency reports and communicate findings
• Ensure work is performed according to established quality standards
• Maintain and share inspection plans with appropriate teams
• Participate in safety and training initiatives
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a related construction trade
• Moderate knowledge in reading blueprints and schematics
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite tools
• Effective organizational skills for high-pressure tasks
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
