Reporting to the Regional Quality Supervisor, this role focuses on quality control inspections for new construction builds. You’ll produce detailed deficiency reports, analyze work execution against standards, and maintain inspection schedules. Your communication skills will be crucial in liaising with both site staff and management for continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality control inspections on construction sites
• Produce and follow up on deficiency reports
• Analyze work execution to uphold quality standards
• Maintain and communicate inspection schedules
• Troubleshoot product issues and installation procedures
Requirements:
• Experience in residential construction trades
• Ability to interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite
