This position plays a vital role in the Quality team, demanding at least 3 years of experience in engineering or software development, with a focus on quality assurance, audits, and standards compliance. You will actively support product lifecycle activities and enhance quality across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide pre-contract quality support and proposals
• Implement and monitor project QA plans
• Interface with DND TAA for audits
• Conduct audits and manage non-conformances
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and analyses
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• 3 years’ experience in engineering/software
• Familiarity with AS9100 standards
• Proven audit and investigation leadership
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
