This full-time term role is pivotal to maintaining quality across multiple shifts at the NRC. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, alongside extensive experience in quality systems. Your responsibilities include developing effective QMS strategies and engaging with project teams to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the Quality Management System
• Facilitate continuous improvements across the CPFC
• Provide training on quality control standards
• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance
• Liaise with clients for audits and quality issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science is required
• Over seven years of extensive quality system experience
• Knowledge of ISO standards is essential
• Experience in semiconductor environments is favorable
• Six Sigma black belt or related certification preferred
