Join a dynamic team as a Quality Inspector focused on electronic and mechanical assemblies. Utilize X-Ray, automated, and visual inspection methods to uphold IPC-A-610 standards and ensure quality excellence.
In this role, you will perform critical inspections including incoming, in-process, first article, and final assessments of electronic assemblies and components. You will also review compliance documentation, reconcile errors with team members, and complete accurate quality control records. Your technical skills will play a vital role in identifying and resolving quality issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed inspections on electronic assemblies and finished products
• Complete X-Ray and automated inspections as specified
• Verify measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other tools
• Record inspection results accurately in QC records
• Collaborate with purchasing and technical teams on quality issues
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and electronic assembly standards
• Strong reading and interpretation skills for technical documentation
• Team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to quality
• Ability to stand and use a microscope for extended durations
