As a Quality Manager, you will establish systems and standards to ensure product quality and reliability s foundational leadership role involves designing a comprehensive Quality Management System, overseeing inspections, and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and lead the Quality Control team
• Design ISO 9001:2015-aligned Quality Management System
• Develop inspection plans and testing procedures
• Serve as final quality authority for product decisions
• Lead internal and customer quality audits
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering or technology-related field
• 7+ years in quality for electronics manufacturing
• 3+ years leading quality or inspection teams
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001
