Working at the Fairlife dairy production facility, you will operate and maintain laboratory instruments while conducting quality audits directly on the production floor. Your expertise will uphold the integrity of our world-class brands through precision and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation for accurate testing

• Conduct routine quality audits and evaluations on the production floor

• Utilize SAP for production data capture and traceability

• Prepare test solutions while adhering to Good Laboratory Practices

• Record and manage analytical data ensuring compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum two-year diploma in Food Science or related field

• At least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing laboratory

• Proficient in laboratory analytical equipment

• Strong communication skills for team collaboration

• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed
