Portsmouth Residential is looking for an eager and ready to work Independent Contractor who is available to represent the firm on our various properties. This opportunity would be a perfect fit for someone who is looking to have a fluctuating part-time schedule, and facilitate access to our vendors to capture content. This successful applicant would be someone who is able to travel to different locations within the Portsmouth Residential portfolio and perform inspections, tours, or to capture content.

The Property Runner is someone with a background in customer service who can represent the company in a positive and professional manner.

• Conducting initial inspections of the properties with Owners
• Testing keys to ensure all are in working order
• Traveling to locations to grant Vendors access to the site
• Capturing content for the website in the form of pictures or videos
• Conducting tours with any prospective tenants who wish to see the space in person
• Assisting with key deliveries for new tenants
• Conducting inspections during move in dates, as well as move outs.

• Property Runners will be compensated with $40 per visit to the property
• Additional compensation of $120 will be paid for every three leases signed as a result of conducted tours.
