We are seeking a Leasing Agent for our properties "The Vanguard" and "10th Line" to deliver exceptional customer service, manage rental processes efficiently, and help maintain our high standards for tenant satisfaction and property presentation.

As Leasing Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the rental process and ensuring a smooth leasing experience. Core responsibilities include:
Leasing & Tenant SupportGreet prospects, book viewings, and manage rental applications and lease agreements.
Ensure suites are move-in ready and assist with meter readings at occupancy.
Attend, host, and represent the company at marketing events such as open houses or grand openings. These events may fall outside of regular working hours.
Cleanliness and Suite ReadinessAssist management in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and upkeep throughout the property, including the office, show suite, common areas, and lobby. Ensure your own workspace and the show suite remain clean and promptly report any areas requiring attention from the cleaning staff.
Admin & CoordinationUpdate availability, support advertising efforts, and coordinate with Head Office.
ProfessionalismRepresent the company professionally at all times.
Must-HaveQualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in apartment leasing
- Minimum 3 years in a customer service or sales role providing high-quality service
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking, planning, and time management skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle (travel between properties required)
- Must provide and maintain a satisfactory criminal record check
