Position: Bilingual Transactions Manager Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of existing leases and transactions

• Conduct market research to support leasing strategies

• Source, negotiate, and execute lease agreements

• Liaise with legal counsel and planning consultants

• Prepare annual budgets related to leasing and revenue

Requirements:

• Ontario or Quebec Real Estate License required

• 3–5 years of real estate transaction experience preferred

• Advanced negotiation and documentation skills

• Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and regulations

• Fluent in both English and French, orally and in writing
