Deliver impactful services to tenants as a Tenant Experience Manager at Ottawa Community Housing in a full-time role focused on community engagement.

At Ottawa Community Housing, you will manage property services, ensuring compliance and fostering tenant relations across diverse communities. This position includes responsibilities related to maintenance, oversight of contractors, and data analysis to improve service delivery. Your leadership will directly enhance the living conditions and experiences of approximately 33,000 tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance and tenant support services in communities

• Ensure compliance with building and fire codes

• Engage with tenants and respond to inquiries swiftly

• Manage and mentor staff for effective service delivery

• Analyze data to identify trends and improvement areas

Requirements:

• At least five years of property management experience

• Ability to lead diverse teams effectively

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Proficiency in tenant engagement strategies

• Must possess a valid driver’s license
