In this influential role, you'll report directly to the Property Manager and handle the maintenance and operation of building systems. Your expertise will help ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance in a varied property management environment. This position needs a high-energy individual keen on maintaining quality operations and enhancing tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance of building systems and equipment
• Communicate with tenants for service inquiries
• Coordinate inspections and upkeep of properties
• Ensure safety compliance throughout facilities
• Act as first responder to emergencies when needed
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in mechanical or trades
• Five years in a building operator role required
• Strong understanding of HVAC and electrical systems
• Successful communication with contractors and tenants
• Valid Class G driver's license for travel
