As a Building Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring properties are well-maintained and residents receive exceptional support. You will handle day-to-day property management, including maintenance tasks, and emergency responses, while ensuring a clean and safe environment across various Ottawa locations. Your experience will help set Morguard apart as a preferred landlord in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to maintenance and safety standards
• Provide immediate support for resident requests and emergencies
• Conduct routine inspections of properties and grounds
• Perform necessary repairs and upkeep on-site
• Collaborate with management on property needs
Requirements:
• Completion of High School or GED
• 1-2+ years experience in maintenance or customer service
• Familiarity with basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Willingness to be on-call for after-hours issues
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and practices
