Key Responsibilities:

• Establish rapport with residents and respond to their inquiries

• Oversee leasing operations from initial contact to move-in

• Keep track of vacancies and hit leasing performance targets

• Conduct inspections and manage resident onboarding

• Facilitate payment collections and maintenance issues

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service or a similar field

• High school diploma or equivalent necessary

• Skilled in MS Office; familiarity with SAP is advantageous

• Strong oral and written communication capabilities

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as needed
