Independent Field Inspector: Property Occupancy Verifications
FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Griggs County, North Dakota. You’ll manage your own routing and schedule with a flexible, per-inspection pay model, typically earning $25–$35 per hour as you complete exterior occupancy verifications.
Each inspection is brief (5–6 minutes on-site) with 9+ photos and a concise report. This role offers autonomy and a predictable monthly volume in your territory.
