Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect large loss sites and assess damage scopes

• Develop detailed repair estimates for major losses

• Provide support to claims adjusters on estimates

• Share technical knowledge and training with peers

Requirements:

• 5-8 years’ experience in post-claim appraisal

• Diploma in building appraisal or relevant experience

• Proficient in Xactimate estimating software

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
