This project delves into their antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, while tackling issues like solubility and bioavailability for commercial application. Your findings could pave the way for novel gut health supplements and cancer prevention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct laboratory research on eggshell membrane processing
• Investigate antibacterial activity against enteric pathogens
• Explore regulation of inflammatory responses via bacterial lipopolysaccharides
• Analyze synergistic effects of eggshell and seaweed compounds
• Characterize impacts on colon cancer using advanced 3D models
Requirements:
• BSc in Biomedical Sciences or related field
• Strong interest in laboratory-based biomedical research
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior laboratory experience is preferred
