Graduate Research Analyst at EDC

The Economic and Political Intelligence Centre (EPIC) at EDC seeks a motivated Master’s or PhD student. In this role, you will refine research questions and conduct literature reviews on integrative trade and economic growth. Your responsibilities will include data sourcing, econometric modeling, and effective communication of findings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead independent research projects with senior economist guidance

• Conduct literature reviews on trade and economic topics

• Manage and validate datasets for analysis

• Design econometric models to interpret trade impacts

• Prepare presentations and final reports on research findings

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD in relevant fields

• Strong understanding of international trade and investment

• Proven experience in managing research projects

• Proficient with statistical programming tools like R or Python
