NRC invites applications for an early-career Research Associate in Semiconductor Lithography at the Quantum Nanotechnology Research Centre. This position requires hands-on experience in semiconductor processes and aims to advance national defence capabilities. Your expertise will be crucial in developing, optimizing, and validating new fabrication processes for quantum devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as fabrication prime for QUIN Challenge projects

• Develop and validate lithography and fabrication processes

• Collaborate on establishing process flows for quantum devices

• Fabricate devices meeting QUIN performance metrics

Requirements:

• PhD or Master's in relevant sciences within 5 years

• Two years of hands-on semiconductor fabrication experience

• Familiarity with lithography and thin film deposition

• Knowledge of safety practices in fabrication environments
